Canadian cheques only payable to Chilly Dogs. Orders will be shipped once we receive payment. No COD, US or International cheques are accepted.

Credit card payments are processed when the order is being processed and shipped, not at the time when the order was created by the customer.

We use Canada Post to ship all orders.

1. Canadian destinations: Canada Post-Expedited Parcel (traceable). Allow 1 to 6 business days delivery time. A $12.00 CAD shipping charge applies per order (not per coat).

2. US destinations: Canada Post-Small Packet Air USA (non-traceable). Allow approx. 8 business days (Monday to Friday) delivery time. A $15.00 CAD shipping charge applies to each order (not per coat).

3. US destinations: Canada Post-Expedited (traceable). Allow approx. 4-5 business days (Monday to Friday) delivery time. A $22.00 CAD shipping charge applies to each order (not per coat).

4. International destinations: Canada Post - Small Packet Air International (non-traceable). Allow approx. 14 business days (Monday to Friday) delivery time. A $25.00 CAD shipping charge applies per order (not per coat).

Chilly Dogs Inc. fully guarantees all of our products against defects in construction and materials for a period of 90 days. Damage due to normal wear and tear, or chewing is not guaranteed. All refunds must be made from the original point of purchase.

To ensure you have purchased an authentic Chilly Dogs™ coat, look for our reflective 3M™ logo affixed directly on all our coats or our logo directly embroidered on our fleece Sweaters and Soakers.  We do not allow retailers to label our coats with their company name or logo so if the coat does not have a Chilly Dogs™ logo on it then the garment is not a real Chilly Dogs™ garment.

The privacy of your personal information (i.e. name, address, email address an telephone number) is important to us. We ensure that we will never disclose your personal information to anyone, for any reason.  We only use it to create your invoice and to ship your product.

We personally telephone Moneris Solutions to process your credit card payment for the amount shown on your invoice.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.  US and International credit cards will be charged in Canadian dollars and the credit card company will do the exchange from Canadian to US or Euro dollars at the time of the transaction.

1. Canadian customers will be charged the applicable tax for their province.
2. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties and taxes when arriving in its destination (outside Canada). The delivery agent will collect these fees when your order is delivered.

Every item we sell comes with our 100% Guarantee.  We will issue a full refund within 90 days of purchase on merchandise that is new, clean and in a resalable condition.  If the item has been worn outside or inside for an extended period of time we cannot accept the exchange or refund.

All refunds must be made from the original point of purchase.  So if you purchased your coat from a Retail Store you must return or exchange it directly through that store.  If you purchased your coat from ChillyDogs.ca directly then please contact us for returns and exchanges.

Returns and Exchange Instructions:
1. Contact Chilly Dogs Inc. at 613.270.0374 or email: info@chillydogs.ca to set up the return or exchange.
2. Please provide the name that the order was placed under, item you wish to return/exchange and reason for return/exchange.
3. Do not wash the item.  All items must be free of dog hair, new and in resalable condition.  Packing tape works great at removed the odd loose dog hair.  But don't overdo it!  Too much packing tape can ruin the fleece finish.
4. All items must be returned in their original clear zip-lock bag with hang tags still attached to garment.
5. The customer is responsible to pay the return shipping for the item they are sending back.

6. Chilly Dogs Inc. will ship the exchanged item free of charge, using Canada Post - Small Packet Air.

7. You will be refunded for your purchase (less the original shipping cost) when it is received and inspected by Chilly Dogs Inc.  If the item is not clean of dog hair and found rolled in a ball, we have the right to charge the customer a cleaning fee of $20.00.
8. All shipping charges will be refunded for products shipped in our error.

9. Ship using Canada Post or USPS only! If you reside in the US or Europe, mark the customs form as "RETURNING TO COUNTRY OF ORIGIN".
